How Green is Your Valley?

So how Green are you?

Do you drive more slowly and keep your tires inflated? Do you drive a fuel efficient car?

Keep lights off that aren't being used?

What is being kept secret from you and avoided in the government that you see is the amount of fossil fuel it takes to get food, any food, from the ground (it all starts in the ground - cows eat corn) to your plate.

I am an omnivore.

I don't intend to stop eating beef, lamb, pork, poultry, eggs or fish.
